Terms of Service

1. What Modul Creator is

Modul Creator is a browser-based design studio for creating vehicle liveries for FiveM servers. It includes a 2D/3D editor, automatic template generation, AI-assisted design, and export to game-ready file formats.

Modul Creator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re/FiveM. All game-related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts

  • You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Discord account secure.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law requires) and old enough to agree to Discord and CFX.re's own Terms of Service. Purchases must be made by an adult or with a parent/guardian's consent.

3. Premium subscription & payments

  • Paid features (the editor, AI designer, vehicle library, exports) require an active Premium subscription, billed monthly through Tebex, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime via the link in your Tebex receipt email; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments except where required by applicable law. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in account suspension.
  • Prices and included features may change; we may announce changes in advance via the site or Discord.

4. Your content & ownership

  • You own what you create. Liveries, designs and exports you make with Modul Creator — including AI-assisted designs — belong to you, to the extent permitted by law and by third-party rights in any assets you used.
  • You grant Modul Development a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display designs you create for showcasing and marketing the service (e.g. on the website or our Discord). Ask us via support@getmodul.app to exclude your work and we will honor it.
  • You are responsible for what you upload and design. Do not upload or create content you don't have rights to, or content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes trademarks (e.g. real agency insignia where prohibited).

5. Vehicle library & files

  • Vehicle models available in the editor's library are provided for use within Modul Creator only. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell them.
  • Files you import from your own computer are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.

6. AI Designer

  • AI generations are processed by a third-party provider (OpenAI). Your prompt and, in template mode, an image of your current canvas are sent to that provider to produce the result.
  • AI usage is subject to a daily per-user limit shown in the editor.
  • AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing anything you use.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, resell, or pool account access;
  • attempt to bypass payment, usage limits, bans, or file protection;
  • probe, overload, or disrupt the service;
  • use the service to create unlawful or infringing content.

8. Moderation & termination

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or initiate fraudulent payments. Bans end access to paid features; fees already paid are not refunded. You may stop using the service at any time; see the Privacy Policy for data deletion.

9. Disclaimers & liability

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with any particular game server, or that exported files will work in every environment.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modul Development's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or Discord; continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
